What is This Shrub

that is way too small.. but a variegated daphne comes to mind .. but wild speculation on the size of the pic

I agree it's 99% likely to be a Daphne. It's very similar to my favorite of them all: Daphne transatlantica 'Summer Ice'. Link below...

I've never experienced variegated daphne foliage turning red with a change of seasons, as this plant appears to be doing. I'd really like to see a closer (and larger) image of the plant in question before confirming an ID.

Is that how camera phones (some?) take photos? I'm not a part of the technology revolution I'll call it.
