| What does Mock Orange Seeds look like? I have a lot of seed pods that are slightly opened, and have very small slivers inside them. Are these the seeds?
Thanks |

| Thanks Ken, I have waited too long to collect any this year. Maybe next year. Thanks |

| I just had a look at some mock orange (Philadelphus)seed heads in a local park. The seeds are indeed tiny slivers about 1mm long and almost dust-like. So I think what you saw was seed. What makes you think you have left it too late? BTW - if you want more mock orange it would be much quicker to take cuttings. They're very easy rooters. You can take hardwood cuttings of dormant wood right now. |

| Hi Flora uk, I was visiting my oldest daugther in Ga. I returned home in Oct., and the hard seed pods where opened up some. So I thought the seeds may have fallen out of the seed pod. I may send some to my daugthers, they can plant them just to see if any comes up.. |

| How about trying some cuttings - then next time you visit you might be taking a growing baby shrub with you :) |
