Limelight Autumn Color

Hi,

Sorry for not posting in hydrengea but there is not much activity there. Hope you can help. I have a limelight tree and wanted to know if the blooms in autumn would turn into a deep rich burgandy color like the Grandiflora Pee Gee does. Frankly, the burgandy blooms I am seeing now (mid Oct) are they Grandiflora or Limelight? At this time of year, how can I tell the difference?

There is more than just the two kinds on the market. But significantly larger, older plants are likely to be 'Paniculata Grandiflora'.
