hi - Once this was a nice thriving green daisy bush. Recently, there are large portions that look like they are dying. I have lavendar that is healthy except for a big chunk that just looks dead. Is there something that I can do for these plants?

I'm not familiar with the daisy bush, but as for lavender, it's OK to cut it back so new growth can emerge.

Is that 'Daisy Bush' a Euryops? If so I would take multiple cuttings and start some new bushes. Also cut back the Euryops to healthy tissue. It is only semi-shrubby and fairly short lived. Could it have been peed on by a cat or dog? Or got too wet and developed a fungal problem? The rosemary looks happy so maybe it's just old age.
Here is a link that might be useful: Euryops pectinatus
