| I'm hoping someone could identify these two plants I found still blooming on Majorca (Mallorca) this month. I'm hoping that one or both of them could survive in my zone 8 microclimate. The pink vine seems to come in various colors and was commonly seen growing on a pergolia. The orange shrub might possibly be wild. Thanks for your help.

| Josephine, The pink vine looks alot like Mandevilla. If it is, no, it is not hardy in your zone over the winter, however, it might have come from seed. The orange shrub looks like honeysuckle, which is definately hardy where you live. In any case, they are both beautiful. |

| Plants had been identified on the Name That Plant forum. They are Podranea ricasoliana and Tecomaria capensis. Both, by the way, are in the Bignoniaceae family. FYI |
