hello everyone :)

I hope I can find my answer here since several of my garden friends were unsure about the answer. I am getting a new fence in 2 weeks. I need to remove several boxwoods, small arborvitaes and butterfly bushes. They need to go back in once the fence is up. I don't know should I dig them out now and put in a temporary bed until spring or dig them out a couple of days before and put them back in right after the install. We are having some nights with frost and I assume by mid November there will be more. What to do?
