| I need to plant some shrubs for a privacy screen on the side of my backyard. Skip laurel is the perfect height but I am not sure if the spot is bright enough for it. The spot is under tall tulip and oak trees, all are limbed up fairly high. It gets very little direct sun but the shade is filtered. I currently have aucuba, skimmia and camellia growing fairly happily there. Do you think skip laurel will grow there? I understand that the rate of growth will be slower but I am ok with that. I just don't want it to die or not grow at all. Any ideas? |

| What USDA Zone do you live in and generally, where do you live? Any good advice would depend on that information. Mike |
