I have a single row of 36 arborvitae.

i think LI is z7 .. they need no protection from temps ..

but they might need snow load protection..

but you never answered if they were single leader ... nor what particular cultivar they are ...

If you keep them shaped like the ones in the picture below you will never have to wrap them for snow protection.
