Nice photo, thanks. Is that a beach on a lake or an ocean?

RE: beach garden

It's on Lake St-Clair between Lake Huron and Lake Erie. A very shallow lake very rich with all kinds of wildlife ( including unfortunately zebra mussels which I still don't know how to integrate in my gardening - any advice?), all kinds of fish, and of course, the wonderful Tundra Swans that stop here for a few weeks during their migrations. Thousands of them...I will try to post a photo in this gallery taken a few weeks ago..

I don't know what is happening here. I am getting rejection messages (twice) but I just noticed that my message has been posted...twice! sorry, not my fault I think...

Not much you can do with the mussels. Unless you had some kind of machinery that could grind them into powder.
