No. Although sea salt has other minerals that are possibly beneficial to plants, it is 85-90% NaCl. Adding salt to plants does nothing good as far as I know.

Specifically which plants are you trying to grow?

it does have lots of other minerals
depending on the brand
and i think mine is more like %60 NaCl
still, way too much for me to even think of putting on plants.

I can find more, anecdotal, advice about the benefits of using sea salt in the garden than I can find why not to, but after a winter of having our roads here salted plants that grow near those roads will not thrive and much time and energy along the Jersey shore was spent after Sandy cleaning up salt impregnated soil so plants could grow, again.
Nothing I have seen or heard in over 50 years of gardening leads me to believe that adding sea salt to our soils has any benefit.
