vitamin pills in compost?

I have a bunch of expire vitamin and mineral pills and some herbal ones too. Can I compost them?

And if so, will they increase the vitamin content of my veggies? :-)

Ok, even I know the content won't change.........BUT, I too have old vitamines, Omega 3 Fish Oil, 1200mg. Could it hurt??

Some claim they won't do you any good so why not see if they will do the soil any good?
