Bob - just make layers of each ingredient about 4-6 inches thick, water the pile to make it damp and stand back.

The shredded paper tends to mat down, so make thinner layers of it, or blend it with some straw.

What are you currently doing with all your vegetable scraps and coffee grounds?

Throw them in, too.

Thanks for the replies , as soon as the ground dries out a bit the farmer will bring in my grain truck load of manure , all I have to do is give him a little for gas . Yes I will add my veggie scraps and coffee grounds .
Thanks again
Bob
