| Do I need to wet my leaves pile to make leaf mold? Or simply pile up my leaves and let nature do it's thing? |

| Either way.. But if I was you I would harvest rainwater, wet the leaves slightly with that, if you let rain do its job it will drain the nutrients right out of it... The more shredded the leaves are the quicker you got your product.. I harvest as much leaves as I could in the fall, shred them with a lawnmower, and tarp it... Whenever I need mulch I take the tarps off and grab some leaves.. Hope this helps, |

| Ma Nature makes leaf mold every year out where we do not tread. All you need to is gather leaves and pile them up and Ma Nature will do the rest. Perhaps this article by Lee Reich will be of some help. |
