| What are the down sides if I hook a pump for air to my rain barrel then insert compost in mesh sock and brew. Could it be possible to keep tea on tap as long as air flows and new compost is put in? If I had to use it up I could give the lawn a boost. |

| I have seen compost tgea brewers made of 55 gallon drums as well as 250 gallon vats. There is no downside to the size of the container as long as you have enough compost and an aerator to operate it properly, and have enough space and equipment to spray the tea quickly enough. You would not want that tea, so meticuously brewed, to go anaerobic. |
