Instructions for soil test kit - lost them, need them :)

I have been trying to find instructions online for my soil test kit (Mosser Lee, Soil Master with the tabs in foil packaging), but haven't had luck. I thought maybe there would be a PDF or something on the website but no such luck. Does anyone know if it is available somewhere? Or does anyone have it that would be willing to type up the important stuff such as how to prepare the soil with the Floc Tabs to extract, and how much of the solution to use in the tubes for each test, ect. I just need to know the basics. Even if you dont have it, does anyone know what the usual proceedure is? Thanks ahead :)

I'd email it to you if you had your email posted to your page but not sure it can be posted here since it is copyrighted material. They were happy to email it to me.
