Worm Tea Aerate with Nebulizer?

I would like to make a tea from worm castings, but I dont have an air pump. Could I use a nebulizer and air hose to aerate instead?

"The Lipton Method"-

Liquidize the worm castings, place the contents into a garden hose mixer, and turn on the hose.

A Nebulizer is essentially an air pump, so if it will push air through the aeration stones it will work.
