| So mold is growing on to p of my mulch in various places. Is this a bad thing? What should I do with/about it?
I'm thinking two things... A. I'm loving on my garden beds too much, over watering, it's too damp. B. The Sluggo that I put out in an attempt to murder the snails that have destroyed hundreds of dollars worth of plants, is now breaking down and molding. (most likely also because I could be over watering) How should I fix this problem, if it's even a problem? Thanks in advance. |

| Generally mold on mulch isn't a problem. Do you have a pic? If you have a lot of slugs and the ground is always wet, I would cut back on the watering. In addition to the mold and slugs, overwatering is harmful to the plants. |

| Thank you @purpleinopp. I'll take a pic tomorrow and upload. |

| In my rainy climate sluggo also molds, but it doesn't damage my plants because it's not on the plants, but on the soil. |
