So my slovenly, lazy neighbors moved out, leaving behind their mess, including all of their wildly overgrown privet hedges and trees that shaded my garden. Well the landlord came and removed it all, now I have glorious sunlight all over my yard and garden. Also found in the mess was one of those black bins about 3 feet cubed, made of plastic, with a lid. It says Soil Saver on it. Anyone know if these things are any good? I already have a large two bin compost system in place. Should I grab this thing or will it just be more stuff in my yard? Thanks

Make your 2 bin system into a 3and/or use it to store your finished compost.

Should be just fine if it's intact and has all its pieces. Go for it.

Agree with above, especially because it is free.

A bin is a bin ... grab it!!

Yeah. Thats kind of how I felt too. I just double checked it and the lid even has 2 locking handles on to keep out critters. Just need to wash out the spider webs and its good to go. Score. Thanks for the feedback.
