I've just been given a tender calla lily, and after intensive research, I've found that they like the sun, but roots and bulb should be kept cool and so mulching is highly recommended when planted outside. I'm new to mulching and have some unused Orchid Focus orchid bark left, can I use this as mulch, or do I need to by mulch-specific bark?

Any advice/info would be greatly appreciated!
