I am experimenting with diluted urine as a fertilizer. Is there any way to calculate amounts needed for growth? Without over feeding/under feeding. Any ideas?

Experiment. Pick a couple volunteer plants and keep adding more and more until they can't take it any more.

If you do an experiment, make sure you have a matching 'control' plant that doesn't get any, so you can see the difference. Based on my limited exprience I would estimate a suburban yard can absorb effluent from a couple of people easily.

Wow I had done a search of GW but did not find nearly as many results. I will stage my own experiment!
