white mold new mulch

I Installed new mulch about 2 months ago. It has not been raining much but I have been watering every second day. I went out today to do some weeding and all underneath my bark is white Furry stuff that looks like mold. did buy bad mulch?

No problem. That stuff is everywhere and it will be throughout your soil whether you see it or not. Maybe you'll even get some mushroom bodies, but it will go away, at least visibly. Just a part of the cycle.
