| I started digging this morning, and there is all this white stuff about 2 inches below the soil. It is dry, and I think it may be just decomposing mulch - but I am not sure. Anyone know? Thanks! |

| I agree with Lloyd :-) It might be fungus growing on mulch. I see that with wood mulch sometimes, especially in wet weather. It always seems harmless. But 2" below the soil, not on top? Karen |
