| I had pasta with tomato/scallion/curry sauce with some chicken sausage, corn and peas thrown in. It's too dark to bring my compost pail outside. I hate going to the compost pile in the dark. Claire |

Plants start small and grow BIG. Compost piles start BIG and grow small. Go figure. |

| Breakfast: fresh strawberries, raspberries and blueberries, crystalized ginger, homemade cranberry/applesauce, prunes, craisins, sunflower seeds; all in one bowl topped with a token dash of granola. Cider (non-alcoholic), coffee with skim milk. Strawberry greens and stems and coffee grounds to compost. Claire |

| Only could this forums regulars turn this into a "What have you fed your belly..." post, but I had an egg white omelette with some of the last of the garden spniach and green onions. Alas, I bought the eggs. Still, it was delicious. |
