I had pasta with tomato/scallion/curry sauce with some chicken sausage, corn and peas thrown in. It's too dark to bring my compost pail outside. I hate going to the compost pile in the dark.

Breakfast sauteed sweet peppers, scramble 2 eggs, homemade northern cornbread, real butter, coffee black. Maybe used coffee for compost.

Breakfast: fresh strawberries, raspberries and blueberries, crystalized ginger, homemade cranberry/applesauce, prunes, craisins, sunflower seeds; all in one bowl topped with a token dash of granola. Cider (non-alcoholic), coffee with skim milk. Strawberry greens and stems and coffee grounds to compost.

Forgot to mention the dash of marmalade and skim milk in the bowl.

Hey, it's almost time for lunch! Got to go spread some compost before lunch.

Only could this forums regulars turn this into a "What have you fed your belly..." post, but

I had an egg white omelette with some of the last of the garden spniach and green onions. Alas, I bought the eggs. Still, it was delicious.
