Atlantic Giants?

I didn't ask but AFAIK, the only pumpkins that grow that big are AGs. I used the edge of the loader bucket to 'slice' the pieces up before I mixed them into the windrow. The bucket wouldn't mash them by just pressing down on them. Impressive pumpkins. Lloyd

My ex-husband grew them one year. He carved them with a Sawsall and put them every ten feet along our 100 foot woodpile, and wired them with lightbulbs. We lived a long way from town, nevertheless we got tons of traffic, pulling up, looking at the pumpkins, turning around in our driveway and leaving. The local paper must have heard about the woodpile, and they sent a reporter down to take a photograph, which appeared on page one of the local paper. They weren't the largest Atlantic Giants I've seen, but they all ranged from about 225 lbs. to 250.
