Several gallons of pickle juice too much for compost?

The cafe that supplies me with used coffee grounds has a 5 gallon bucket about 1/4 full of pickle juice. They think it's too acidic for my compost, although they're not really compost people.

I probably could get it if I want.

My pile is maybe 3 ft high by 3 ft wide, 6 feet long (windrow style).

I've put small amounts of pickle juice in the compost before (remainder of jar), but I'm leary of pouring this much pickle juice in.

What do you think?
