Cambridge Pavers for Walkway and Driveway in NY

We are looking to install pavers in our walkway and driveway. The contractor recomended Cambridge. I was very surprised by the cost as well. I really didn't think it would be that expensive. We were quoted a price of $15.5/sq foot (this includes $2.30 allowance for pavers). Does the price make sense? Will we be able to find pavers to fit into his allowance? I should also mention, where we are located, pavers are put on a concrete bed because of unstable soil. (first gravel, then concrete, then pavers)

I have also been pricing out pavers in the NY area for my backyard.
Seems like most people I know are getting the masons down to $10 a square foot depending on how much footage you have you can make a better deal

have you priced any others ?

You can definitely do better than the $15 you received

Are these prices you mentioned ($10-$15 per sq ft) including installation or materials only?
