Cleaning tree mess off flagstone

Hello all. If anyone can give me some advice, I would really appreciate it. We have a beautiful new Connecticut Blue flagstone path and patio that are becoming a complete mess with tree "droppings". Over the path, our redwood trees are dropping something that cause little reddish-black smeary dots all over the place. And on our patio, the pine tree's pinecones are disintegrating and those droppings are also leaving marks. I tried Vana Trol on the redwood stains yesterday, and do not really see any improvement. Does anyone have any suggestions for other cleaning methods or products? Thank you!

the vanatrol is really designed for removing concrete stains, try using bleach. Dilute with water and test in a small area on the flagstone before cleaning the whole walk. good luck.

Have you tried a pressure washer?
