What kind of ground cover that I can walk on to be placed in between stone pavers will work in direct sun in zone 5 and that will come back year after year? I planted a few whooly thyme plants but after researching found that in my zone they will probably not come back. They were quite expensive, therefore, I don't want to have to replace them every year. Any suggestions?

Sounds like you might enjoy visiting the STEPABLES Web site at www.stepables.com. See the STEPABLES Garden Forum to ask questions like these to STEPABLES directly. Or, click on 'Plant Info' and then 'Plant Search' to do a search for STEPABLES plants that will work in your USDA Zone and between those pavers.
