The city widened our sidewalks and likely changed their angle to my driveway slightly.
this introduced 2 problems (actually 8 but I am trying to stay focused):

The bricks are 4x10"

1) the driveway before the sidewalk now have thin slivers of stones to match the slightly offset sidewalk. I was told this was bad and would not last

2) The hacks installed the driveway after the sidewalk square with the sidewalk instead of using existing driveway line so now there is a about 5 - 10 degree difference between the top of the driveways line and the bottom.

What is the normal way to redo edging when the sidewalk and curbs are slightly out of alignment?
