minimum radius for flagstone face wall

| I was wondering what would be the minimum radius for a flag stone retaining wall? I would like to build a partial circle, I assume with cinderblocks? |

| now I done more research I think circular retaining wall is done by a form and concrete poured is this correct? Or I can try to get the dry stack blocks from garden center and maybe face it with mortor and stones later, would that work? |
