Garden bed walls w/Limestone

| I want to make a raised garden bed with some limestone rock I have. The rock dimensions are:
W: 4"
H: 6"
L: Varies from 8" to 24"
The garden bed will be 16'L x 8'W x 12" H.
My question is this: If I construct the walls 12" tall with 2 pieces 6" in height, will the mortar and 4" width stones support the weight of the garden soil?
Thanks in advance,

| Not accounting for things like foot traffic, lawnmower impacts, frost heave/ice,and stone facing....I'd still go three rows of four inches high/six inches deep. |

| Thanks for the feedback, silent1pa. Lawnmower impact was not something I considered. Until now. Thanks again, P_P |
