Driveway paving question.

I am going to try to replace my driveway with pavers. My question is this. There are a million do it yourself guides to
laying pavers, but they all deal with paving a flat area.
do you set up the screed guides to screed an area that is not flat The driveway is on a slope that is gradually changing. How do I go about screeding an area like that?

This is a little bit tough to explain how to work on zigzag path. In these condition at each next step we found a challenge. Here only tricks work. Can you send a photograph of driveway so I can suggest you more.

However I would like to show you some beautiful handcrafted stone paving tiles, please see suggested link

I have laid way more pavers than I care to remember, most of the time I used 1 inch pvc irrigation pipe which is about 1 1/4 OD. The trick is to use long pipes where it is flat or the slope runs constant for a ways. Use short lengths where the slope changes or if you are doing a curved or zig zag etc. Lay two pipes as far apart as you feel comfortable screeding. Pull the pipes out to the new areas as you go and just throw some sand in the grooves left by the pipe keeping it flat. This depth will drop very close to 1/2 inch when you vibrate the pavers in to the sand. It's much easier to do than explain, unfortunately I don't have any pics on computer to show you, good luck it will look great.

just grade on your knees with a 4' level. Forget screeding

Granite paver is easy to lay and maintence. They can be meshed with designed pattern. You don't need to lay one by one. just put the whole piece on the driveway.
