What colour stone?

| Hi
We are planning a new front path and are having trouble deciding on what colour stone we want. Are there any 'rules' we should know about that would help? Our house is a light creamy beige colour and will have a pale green trim in the future. Any suggestions?

| Your house sounds neutral enough that anything would go. For "rules" you might try posting on the landscape design forum. |

| Your house does sound neutral enough but I would take a sample of your house paint or a good colour photo and go to a building supply store that sells pavers and see what goes best with your colours. If you plan to change colours in the future you don't want to have the pavers match this colour, just a good natural stone. There are lots of variety out there. blacky1 |
