terracotta pavers onto concrete slab

Posted by gene_bene vic aus (My Page) on

I have a concrete slab carport - double reinforced - laid 6 months ago. I have bought terracotta paving tiles to lay over the slab. Cracks have developed in the concrete and I am wondering how to fix the paving tiles to the concrete and still be able to drive over them. The paving tiles are 15mm thick.

Should I put them in a mortar bed or glue the edges and lay into a sand bed.

any help much appreciated

Hi..I own www.tileofluxury.com . the tiles you have are too thin to drive over..you need at least 1.5 inch thick tiles and then put in mortar over concrete.

Here is a link that might be useful: tile of luxury
