Cutting concrete pavers

Hi all!
In my dreams, I'm planning a courtyard look in my front yard.
I've been collecting different pavers I really like and have several different types. Not terribly relevant, except they're all concrete.

I plan to lay out a pattern so they don't look as stupid as they probably could, which will most likely involve cutting some of them.

Here's the question: Without renting or buying a wet saw, how can I cut these? Funds are definitely an issue. Some of the pieces are 2-3" thick. I have a circular saw and a masonry blade (from something else) and was considering trying that.

What's your advice?
