Rock wall plant suggestions

Hi
Ihave a rock retaining wall made up of rocks in the range of 30 inch diameter.

Does anyone have any suggestions on what are great plants to plant i nthe crevices and holes?

I've been planting sedums and sempervivum in mine. They've done really great through this first winter. And I'd have to say my wall only gets about 1/2 day of full sun...

I have a very large boulder wall in my front yard that I hate (but would be too much work to remove), what plantings can I put between the boulder that will soften the look. I wanted ivy but am concerned over timet he ivy might disrupt the rocks.
