Greenhouse insulation question?

Which product would be best for insulating a greenhouse? I decided this past winter to get some visqueen vapor barrier for an inner layer insulation. I cut it to size and stapled it to the studs of my woodframed greenhouse. Now it does help in terms of insulation, but its so cloudy. Yesterday was very sunny and 40 degrees here in sw MO. It was around 80 in my greenhouse. So it does get up to temperature but it stays rather cloudy in my greenhouse. Would bubblewrap maintain the same R value as the 6 mil visqueen plastic, but also allow more light transmission. I need more light in my house. I have clear polycarbonate dynaglass on the outside of my greenhouse as well. I just want to get this right in terms of light transmission but also have some R value benefactor for night time.
