Circulation Fans vs Ducts w/ Inline Fans

I need to find a way to push/pull heat from the peak of my single sloped 12x16 greenhouse (see photo link) down to the cold floor. I'm considering 2 options:

1) Standard circulation fans (something cheap from walmart probably) wall mounted near the peak, angled down towards the ground, to push heat down.

2) 6" PVC ducts attached underneath the rafters, running down the slope of the roof, with inline duct fans that pull heat from the peak and exhaust it close to the ground.

#1 is probably cheaper, but I wonder if #2 would be more effective/targeted, and less disturbing to the plants? What would others advise?

Bonus Question: I don't really mind running the fans (either option) 24/7 - I know many here have recommended this constant interior circulation. However, if these fans were running at the same time that my vent system was running (solar wax opened vents with exhaust fan - see photo link), couldn't that "perpendicular" circulation interfere/hinder the vent flow/exhaust? Basically, the interior circulation would be running north/south, while the vent/exhaust flow is running the length of the greenhouse, east/west? Would those two systems be hindering one another?

Thanks! Ryan
