Dirt or paved floor in greenhouse-which prefer?

I am planning a new enclosure which will be a sunroom attached to my house. It will be primarily for an indoor exercise pool, but also a subtropical to tropical greenhouse. Wonder if anybody has opinions on paving the floor or not. I could go concrete/tile just around the pool area, concrete everywhere or just a few paved paths with the rest dirt, or do a "temporary" floor by just setting brick or flagstone or something like that in sand but no mortar. That way water could still seep into the ground. Opinions? Thanks

Are you going to grow anything in the ground around the pool? If so leave it unpaved or with stepping stones placed after you have figured out the paths you use.

I don't have any experience with this type of setup. The question I have is Chlorine, can indoor plants tolerate it?

I have an unpaved dirt floor in the greenhouse. Bad back, so concrete is quite hard on the back. Also, concrete holds in the heat and releases it, good in winter, bad in summer. Ours stays cooler with the dirt floor. Or you could use pea gravel instead of dirt. Mine in quite well packed down now after 4 years, and needs no upkeep.

We have pavers in the walkways and crushed stone under the benches. Working out great.
