Green House Glass

I am building a greenhouse which is 90% glass. Since I live in Jackson Wyoming , I am over 6000 FT elevation and need to use double pane glass. The local glass supplier wants me to use glass with Low E in it which has a 70% ultraviolet sun ray reduction component in it. Will this slow the growth of my plants or I am I OK.

Please help

Did he explain why low-E for a greenhouse? How much more expensive is low-E? Could it just be a sales pitch to boost his profits or to clean out holdover inventory?
