I was in our new local Lowes yesterday looking at their tuftex which will be the last component I need to source for one of my cold frames.

I asked their associate where to find the clear roofing and as we were walking to the bin I told him I was going to be building a cold frame with it.

A cold frame? What is that?, he says in his very very thick English accent (sounded northern England) . I explained what it was and he said no, they don't have those in England, Never seen one.

Coulda shocked me. My fil was from England and said that is where he learned how to use one.

Are these really not used overseas?
