pest control in a cold frame?

This is my first year using a cold frame and I have the basic design topped with 3 double paned windows and a univent opener.

It's working great. So great that some bugs have found it and started chewing on my seedlings. I have slug and snail bait in there. Anything else recommended for the non-slug pests? I have visual conformation earwigs and chinch bugs, but I haven't seen much else.
