South, true south, solar noon - orienting a greenhouse

Most people say orient your greenhouse with a long side south and adjust it based on trees, structures in the way, etc. But the more I read I see terms like "true South" and "solar noon" in addition to "south" and wonder if that should influence my greenhouse orientation. I am Zone 4, northern MI.

My true south is 7 degrees east of magnetic south and my solar noon is 1:45 (exact middle between sunrise and sunset). If I consider solar noon it seems I might orient the greenhouse a little more southwest.

Any thoughts, am I making a mountain out of a molehill or is this important stuff that I am just discovering? I have not started the foundation yet so I can still decide the orientation.
