Hi cugal, no, don't drill new holes, if they don't match up that means something hasn't been put in correctly. That means that something else won't match up later and you will have to take it all apart and start over. It can be confusing, but there are several great building tips on this forum, just look up HFGH 6 x 8. Make sure you do the reinforcing tips or you are sure to loose panels. I bought 2 extra bags of clips from HF and got them in a week. I also siliconed in my panels. good luck.

Thanks saturn3600 for your input! We finally got our head out of the sand & realized the frame needed to be squared up... Rookie mistake........ We plan to use silicone & screws (with the clips) to secure the panels. We 're now ready to start putting on panels....
