4 foot depth 'lean to' ? (8' width, 8' height). Could this work?

I have not found a kit for what I am thinking about, but I am trying to put together a place on an east brick wall of my house, for starting seeds and cuttings. Rarely I might overwinter one gallons or 4 inch bands.

The 8 foot width is against the house and can accommodate 8 foot height...BUT, the "alley"area i am puttng it in is only ten feet wide and is used as the 'cut-through' from the front yard to the back, and I'd like to leave enough room to pass a wheelbarrow or mower.

Has any one ever found or made a structure with the access the full width of the unit? I could even get by with a width of 6 feet. I'm thinking sturdy plexiglass 4 foot sides, and even a clear roller sheet that I roll up to access the shelves inside, obviously i would be standing outside the unit.

I know it wouldn't be airtight, but it is zone 7b/8a, so cold is not too bad.

Any one build or buy a decent thing like this?? Thanks!!
