Best garden diy fencing for trellis

I have had my eye on the 16 foot cattle panels sold by Tractor Supply to use as a trellis for raised beds and a partial fence to cover my compost pile. Unfortunately, there is just no way that I can transport those panels home, even if I cut them in half.

So now I am looking at the rolls of galvinized fencing that most gardeners use to make tomato cages and the like. I would like it to be 4 foot tall, but I need to be able to cut the fencing with a reasonable amount of equipment, I really don't want to have to purchase bolt cutters.

What brand and size openings should I go for? I will be trellising squash and probably making tomatoe cages at a later date. I wanted the panels because they would look neat and I am a little concerned that I might not be strong enough to handle the rolled fencing and it will look crooked on the t posts, but so be it.
I have the usual big box home improvement stores to choose from.

Thanks!
