Question about wind loading on 6 mil film

I am building a greenhouse using 6 mil film. Its a "high tunnel" utilizing 16 ft. long cattle panels, ea. bent in left-right half-arches, joined at the top ends to a 4x6 top ridge 18 ft. long. This yields a greenhouse that is about 11 ft. tall and 18x18 size. The front and back are of 4x4 and 2x4 construction. I currently have pretty large openings in the framing, it would take a lot of time to fill in the spaces with more 2x4s to cut the vertical or horizontal opening width by half. Given that its just plastic film and we are subject to storms with high winds, about what should the maximum opening size be in the 2x4 squares of the walls?
