How to protect grow lights from water?

As summer quickly passes, I prepare to set up our greenhouse for the first year of fall/winter growing.

I am building 4' high tables along the inside walls on which to put greens that don't need grow lights. I'd like to put grow lights under the tables and grow tomatoes, peppers and other veggies that require grow lights through winter. The lights I have are T5 fluorescents with both 6500k and bloom bulbs. They are 4' long with the cord coming out of the middle of the top of the light.

My question is how best to protect the lights from water from the plants on the table above them?

I haven't built the tables yet so I can entertain options. I want to keep enough space underneath to accommodate 1' tall pots and about 2' high plants.

Thanks SO much for your recommendations and advice!
