That seems to be supporting the ridge but what about the panels themselves? I see a 2x2" running across them with nothing supporting the 2x2s". They wont belly under a snowload?

He screwed the 2x2 to the frame. Please one and all do not follow our advice we are not building profesionals. Please consult a professional regarding snow loads and holding your roof up. If you are heating the GH shouldn't that melt the snow. I am not a snow person and have never delt with it, but shouldn't it melt first. We had 4 inches last year and it only stayed on the ground for a couple of days.

We have not received our door part that is needed for them. We bought it in feb. Right now we have no doors. Good luck tomm at the VA. Hope all is well. Look forward to your posts. PS Have you seen winter storms up north shooo could be alot of snow not sure if it would melt right away or not. I will let you know when we get it hooked up and running. Barb

I have never been in a serious snow storm. I am a transplated FL boy that has come home to die near the Mountains. They had the serious ice storm the year before I got here. I would like to be in one just to say I have done it before I croke. Maybe I will have to come up your way. LOL
