Univents freezing?

Hi, I'm in a bit of a conundrum after installing Univent vent openers on my new greenhouse.

I know they're not supposed to freeze. This time of year where I live, it gets below freezing temps at night but the greenhouse temperature can easily soar to around 90 or 100 during the day. I don't want to remove and replace the cylinders every day as this would be very difficult and defeat the purpose of buying the Univents in the first place.

Does anyone know what kinds of temperatures they can tolerate? If I have a heater in the GH keeping temps above freezing should I be able to leave them in place? How do most people handle this situation?

Thanks.
